Powder Brows, also known as ombre brows or microshading, is a semi-permanent makeup technique that uses a digital machine to implant pigment into the upper layers of the skin. Unlike hair-stroke methods, this style creates a soft, pixelated effect that looks like perfectly blended brow makeup—without the daily routine.

Whether you want to fill in sparse areas, define your shape, or achieve a fuller, more balanced look, Powder Brows are a gentle, low-maintenance solution that works beautifully for all skin types.

How it Works

Custom Mapping & Color Selection

Your appointment starts with a full consultation. We map your brows based on your natural bone structure and facial symmetry, then select a custom shade that suits your skin tone, undertones, and preferences—whether you prefer a bold brow or a soft, natural finish.

Precision Microshading

Using a PMU machine, our artist applies tiny, pixel-like dots of pigment to the skin, gradually building the desired intensity and shape. This allows for a polished, airbrushed effect with seamless transitions from the front to the tail of the brow.

Comfortable & Safe

We apply a topical anesthetic before and during the procedure for your comfort. The entire process takes about 2–3 hours and is performed with sterile, Health Canada-approved tools and pigments.

Long-Lasting Results

Powder Brows typically last 1.5 to 3 years, fading gradually over time. A touch-up session is recommended 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment to refine the shape and color. Occasional refreshers every 12–18 months keep your brows looking fresh and flawless.

How long does it take?

Expect mild scabbing or flaking for about a week. Color will appear darker at first, then soften and settle over the next 4–6 weeks.

Do I need a touch-up?

Yes—your first touch-up (6–8 weeks later) is essential to perfect the shape and color. After that, yearly refreshers are optional.
